Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Initiate Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales planning.

  • Effective communication of individual target expectation and team target expectation to the team and plan accordingly.
  • Adherence of anywise sales plan for self and his team for market activities.
  • Ensuring regular follow up to track progress of team and take corrective action wherever required.
  • Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities, coordinate with Branch Manager for activities which will be done in conjunction with other branch staff.
  • Maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring leads are updated in daily sales report by team.
  • Initiate NPA customer calling for pending payments

Responsible for ME target for the region.

  • Ensure achievement of the assigned target & create healthy branch portfolio.
  • ensure productivity of sales team BSMs and SOs.
