Job Summary
HNS GOLD is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager for Kolkata , Mohali & Chandigarh branches. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving gold & Silver business, branch profitability, customer acquisition, marketing activities, operational excellence, team management, and ensuring superior customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual gold procurement targets assigned to the branch.
- Drive customer acquisition through local marketing initiatives and referral programs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the branch catchment area.
- Build strong relationships with customers, jewellers, brokers, and local business communities.
- Increase branch profitability through effective business planning and execution.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute branch-level marketing campaigns, leaflet distribution, and promotional activities.
- Lead field marketing initiatives to generate walk-in customers.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion performance.
- Ensure visibility of HNS GOLD branding within the branch territory.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team for local promotional campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly branch environment.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise branch employees.
- Set performance goals and monitor staff productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure employee discipline, attendance, grooming, and professional conduct.
- Create a high-performance and customer-centric work culture.
Branch Operations & Administration
- Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of branch infrastructure, assets, and records.
- Monitor branch expenses and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and MIS to management.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and business development.
