Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager based in Rairangpur. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch operations and lead a dynamic team to achieve sales targets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, fostering relationships with customers and stakeholders, and actively monitoring market trends to optimize business opportunities. The role also encompasses mentoring branch staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and enhancing overall branch performance and customer satisfaction.
