Branch Sales Manager - Banca Channel - CTC : 5.50 LPA

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Branch SalesManager for the Pune location. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Life Insurance and BFSI sales, especially those looking to grow their career in the banking-partnered insurance model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow life insurance sales through bank branches
• Build strong relationships with bank staff for lead generation
• Train and motivate bank employees to cross-sell insurance
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle including customer meetings and documentation
• Drive revenue targets and manage reporting

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5+ years of overall Field sales experience
• At least 2 years of experience in life insurance (Mandatory)
• Strong communication, relationship management, and leadership skills
• Graduate in any discipline
• Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Pune

CTC Offered: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + incentives
