Role Description

The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Thanagazi. In this role, you will manage and drive sales operations, ensuring targets are consistently achieved. You will oversee a team, develop sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and enhance branch performance. Managing the team's productivity, analyzing market trends, and executing business development initiatives will be integral to your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, with experience in managing and achieving sales targets
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train and motivate a team
  • Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to understand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage resources and deadlines
  • Proficiency in basic financial principles and lending products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is preferred
