The Branch Sales Manager (Bangalore) will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and business growth for both B2B and B2C segments across Karnataka. The role requires managing company- generated B2C leads, handling institutional and corporate sales in B2B, coordinating with the CRM Manager for project designs and quotations, working with the accounts team on financial matters, and leading a branch sales team to consistently achieve targets. The Manager will provide regular updates to the General Manager (Sales & Marketing) and ensure all activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth in both B2B (corporate, institutional, government projects) and B2C (company generated leads) segments.
Convert company-generated B2C leads through timely follow-up, relationship building, and effective closing.
Develop new business opportunities in B2B by identifying key prospects, conducting meetings, and submitting tailored proposals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
2. Quotations & Project Design Coordination
Work closely with the CRM Manager to prepare accurate quotations, designs, and proposals.
Ensure timely submission of proposals to clients and assist in negotiations.
Verify that project designs and quotations meet client requirements and company standards.
3. CRM & Lead Management
Maintain and update all leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor the entire lead lifecycle from generation to conversion, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Provide feedback to management on lead quality, conversion ratios, and customer insights.
Use CRM reports to track performance, forecast sales, and plan follow-up strategies.
4. Accounts Coordination
Collaborate with the accounts team for invoicing, billing, collections, and reconciliation.
Ensure timely payments from clients and minimize outstanding dues.
Address any billing disputes or account-related queries in coordination with finance.
5. Team Leadership & Branch Management
Lead, train, and mentor the branch sales team to enhance productivity and skills.
Allocate targets to team members and review their performance regularly.
Motivate the team to adopt best practices in sales, customer service, and reporting.
Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and customer focus within the branch.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, lead status, and revenue forecasts.
Provide updates on competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences.
Maintain close coordination with the AP Branch for approvals, operational requirements, and administrative matters.
Report directly to the General Manager Sales & Marketing on branch progress, challenges, and opportunities.
