The position is responsible for the outbound sales of the Branches, providing high quality service proactively convert each sales call into a conversion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outbound sales and conversion and achievement of the individual targets as assigned by the Branch Head and the Branch Sales Manager.
- Asking for feedback from customers
- Understand and comply with requirements of all relevant policies of the bank including full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Ensure that the correct documents are collected during onboarding of the customers.
- Ensure that correct product information is disseminated
- Ensure that the schedule of fees and services are followed and ensuring no revenue leakage to the Bank
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least two 45% marks in Secondary, Higher Secondary and Graduation.
- Those having previous work experience in the BFSI Industry may be preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility and punctuality
- Should be good team player with proper interpersonal skills
- Should possess sales and influencing skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skill in Hindi or English and a local language
- Basic computer literacy is a must
