Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Relationship Manager located in Katwa-I. The Branch Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The role includes supporting sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service. The Branch Relationship Manager will also coordinate with bank partners and other stakeholders to maximize business growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in customer relationship management, client interaction, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Strong sales acumen, business development experience, and ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and insurance solutions is an advantage.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the banking or insurance industry is a plus.
