Role Description

The Branch Relationship Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including HDFC Bank and customers, to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and developing sales opportunities, assisting customers with their insurance needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Candidates will collaborate with bank staff to provide customized financial solutions, resolve customer queries promptly, and achieve assigned sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Rae Bareli.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
  • Sales and customer service skills, including identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial products, particularly life insurance plans, and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Target-driven mindset with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and regional languages is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in relationship or sales roles, especially in financial services, is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, personable, and willing to work on-site in Rae Bareli.
