Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
