Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide banking service support at branch level
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and documentation processes
• Support back-office and operational activities of the branch
• Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Coordinate with branch team for smooth daily operations
• Maintain professional conduct and follow banking compliance guidelines
• Promote bank products and services when required
