Branch Relationship Executive - UCV

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team, with a focus on Unsecured Commercial Vehicle (UCV) loans. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry and a proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. This role is crucial for identifying new opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer complaints.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
• Business Development & Sales:
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

• Experience & Knowledge:
• Professional experience in the BFSI industry.
• Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
