Role Description

The Branch Receiving Manager will oversee the day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless financial transactions and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing loan application processes, handling customer documentation, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and coordinating with other departments to optimize operational flows. Additionally, the role will involve supervising the team, addressing customer queries, and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Godhra.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations and loan processing
  • Experience in leading and managing branch operations
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and resolution of queries
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in basic financial software tools and office applications
  • Experience in the NBFC or banking sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
