Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators, such as delinquency rates and collection times.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Train and guide junior staff members on receivable management best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing the BFSI industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
