Branch Receivable Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding amounts.
• Collaborate with the collections team to identify and resolve issues related to overdue accounts.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivables.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions, including receipts, payments, and account balances.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles and credit risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with banking software systems.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
