Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding amounts.
  • Collaborate with the collections team to identify and resolve issues related to delayed payments.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights on customer behavior and trends, informing business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role or sector.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
