Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire branch operations, ensuring all activities comply with laid down internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee daily branch functioning to guarantee efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to operational compliance, including KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support seamless branch operations and problem resolution.
  • Drive overall business growth and profitability through operational excellence and support to sales teams.
  • Prepare and review branch operational reports and escalate issues as needed.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of cash, documents, and transactions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in branch operations management in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
