Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Branch Operations Manager. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure adherence to company policies, and manage team performance. Responsibilities will include optimizing workflow efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction standards, supervising staff, identifying process improvements, and delivering operational excellence. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align branch activities with organizational goals.
