Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Manager for an on-site role based in Rajahmundry. This is a full-time position that involves overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring smooth customer service and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role includes staff supervision, cash management, and implementing strategies to meet operational and business targets while maintaining high-quality service standards. The Branch Operations Manager will also ensure operational risk management and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in branch operations, team supervision, and customer relationship management
- Strong skills in cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance adherence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to execute operational strategies effectively
- Proficient in banking software systems and technology platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of banking regulations and operational risk management practices
- Prior experience in retail or SME banking will be an added advantage
