Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and requires a motivated Branch Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include overseeing branch processes, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The executive will also be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining records, and contributing to the smooth functioning of branch activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth branch processes
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and operational decision-making
- Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to compliance and organizational guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other operations software is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in branch operations or the insurance/banking sector will be an advantage
