Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operational Matrix - Service Delivery & Productivity:

  • Ensure process are followed as per rolled out SOP.
  • Discrepancy Management across LOBs
  • TAT adherence for inward and policy issuance
  • Ensure Productivity (capacity utilization) to be 100 PERCENT
  • Quality control

Audit, Compliance & Controllership:

  • Satisfactory Audit score for the branch.
  • Banking Control and Reconciliation closure
  • Petty Cash management
  • Process billing for local vendors
  • Cover Note Management
  • AML guidelines are adhered to
  • All the compliance and audit registers are maintained as per process
  • Thirty Party cheque process to be followed as per SOP

Customer Centricity:

  • Effective resolution of customer queries received by the branch
  • Pre-Inspection

Ease of doing business:

  • Own the branch Sales support and effective coordination with the central team. To be responsible for all the branch activities
  • Through Understanding of the Products, Processes and Systems.

Ensure process changes are effectively shared and discussed with other stakeholders in the branch

  • IMD connect/visit
  • Timely Archival

Project and Initiatives:

  • Cross sell / Upsell - To take the initiative help to add the bottom line as well top line too through walk-in customer, known sources.
  • Renewal Management - Ensure the Ops code renewal retention
  • IMD / Sales team Training - Organize training on regular intervals for our process and system updates and UW guidelines
  • Initiatives closure - Need to identify the process / system improvement and deliver through the i Think platform till closure
  • Capacity Utilization - Effectively manage the ops resources and organize the load sharing management.
  • UAT Feedback - Timely deliver the UAT feedbacks.
