Job Description :

• Responsible for overall Branch operations, Team Handling and profitability of the branch,
• Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and working along with the branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at the Branch month of month,
• Responsible for canvassing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance,
• Building relationships with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
