Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing strategies to achieve business goals, building relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires efficient leadership to motivate the team and drive the branch's success.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to inspire, guide, and assess team performance effectively
• Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales Management
• Strong knowledge of insurance and financial products, including regulatory compliance and risk management
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making for assessing market opportunities and solving problems
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
