Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager position located in Kolhapur. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring efficiency in service delivery. Responsibilities include meeting financial and operational targets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, leading and mentoring team members, and driving growth through strategic planning and local market insights.
