Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for a Branch Manager - Tourism position at Grand Royal Tours P Ltd. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the branch, manage and train team members, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include guiding clients, managing bookings and itineraries, leading marketing initiatives, building partnerships, and creating tailored tourism experiences. Additionally, the Branch Manager will track branch performance, address customer queries effectively, oversee guided tours, and help grow the presence of Grand Royal Tours in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Tourism Management and Tourism operations with 8 to 10 years experience
• Experience with Guided Tours and organizing itineraries
• Proficiency in Customer Service and handling client queries
• Skills in Tourism Marketing and promotional activities
• Comprehensive knowledge of tourism, destinations, and travel services
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Proven experience in boosting branch performance and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Tamil and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
