This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Indore. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring the successful execution of academic programs, and achieving branch performance goals. Additional duties include supervising financial and administrative tasks, creating growth strategies, and fostering collaboration to maintain high standards of service delivery. The role requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive the institute's mission of student development and success.

• Leadership and team management skills for supervising staff and fostering an effective work environment
• Strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations and drive growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and external stakeholders
• Experience in educational institutions or administrative roles is a plus
• Proficiency in using management tools and basic financial/accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
