Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive growth and mentor high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of 8-10 highly motivated front-line sales professionals to drive business growth.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing the sales management process and encouraging desired sales behaviors.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the network and achieve business targets.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage the branch/unit's revenue objectives to ensure consistent growth.
  • Regularly review the team's progress against set goals, providing guidance and support to drive success.
  • Ensure business quality and persistency, maintaining long-term client relationships and sustainable sales performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 9+ years in Life Insurance – Direct , with at least 2+ year in team management and handling.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, sales management, strategic planning, and business development expertise.

CTC: Upto 11 LPA (Depends on the Interview)
