The Branch Manager oversees all branch operations, drives business growth, and manages administrative functions. This role involves balancing sales, risk management, compliance, and customer service to ensure the branch achieves its financial objectives while remaining compliant with regulatory standards
Responsibilities
· Ensure the branch opens by 08:50 AM on all working days and business operations commence without delay.
· Demonstrate and maintain high levels of personal discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies in all responsibilities
· Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branches
· Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and general branch staff administration in accordance with company policies.
· Conduct appraisal or reappraisal of gold ornaments and verify purity before loan disbursal. Even during absence, ensure that gold loans are disbursed only after proper appraisal in accordance with company policies.
· Act as the custodian of all branch assets and ensure their proper safeguarding in accordance with company policies and security procedures.
· Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and ensure efficient collection performance.
· Increase the branch customer base and drive cross-selling of the company's financial products to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5Years of experience in NBFC/Gold Loan as Branch Manager/Assistant Manager Position
