Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager Study Abroad, located in Kochi. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead the team in achieving business goals, and ensure the center's efficient functioning. Responsibilities include staff management, coordinating with internal departments, implementing strategic plans, and providing guidance on various study abroad programs. The Branch Manager will also interact with prospective students and their families, assist with their application processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery while achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• Experience in education or study abroad consultancy, with knowledge of international education systems and study abroad programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills for managing student and parent interactions.
• Strategic planning, organizational, and operations management skills to oversee the branch's performance and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for management, reporting, and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in the education or coaching sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
