This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager-Study Abroad, based in Delhi, India. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure the branch achieves its goals. Responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance branch performance, collaborating with partners and students, providing expert guidance on study abroad opportunities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a strong customer-centric environment. Additionally, the role involves monitoring financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and leading the team to achieve success.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in client engagement, relationship management, and customer service
• Knowledge of international education systems, study abroad counseling, and visa processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective operational and marketing strategies
• Proficient in using technology and software for daily operations and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the education consultancy or study abroad sector is highly desirable
