Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the LAP portfolio.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through the open market, direct selling agents (DSAs), and connectors.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales managers and staff to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
  • Foster a strong sales and service culture within the branch.

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, specifically for the LAP business.
  • Ensure that all transactions are authorized and financial records are accurate.
  • Oversee the smooth disbursement process for approved LAP loans.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage any customer inquiries or issues professionally.
  • Implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to all bank policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, especially concerning loan products.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and manage risks.
