Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts within the branch, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, providing training and motivation, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures while measuring performance against set goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance sector and understanding of Financial Products and Services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess opportunities and market trends effectively.
