Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Raipur. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role includes managing sales activities, guiding and mentoring the branch team, driving business growth across the company's product segments, and meeting branch targets. The Branch Manager will also handle key customer relationships, support local marketing initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with regional and corporate teams to implement business strategies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in branch or team management, including leadership, people development, and performance supervision.
• Strong skills in sales, business development, and customer relationship management within financial services or insurance.
• Knowledge of life insurance products such as protection, savings and investments, retirement, child education, and health plans.
• Proficiency in planning, target setting, and data-driven decision making using branch performance reports and market insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and team members.
• Capability to ensure regulatory and internal compliance, with attention to documentation, processes, and risk controls.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in insurance or banking branch management, preferably in a similar market or region.
