1 Branch Manager

Openings:1

Location: Bengaluru

Compensation: Up to 80,000 per month (Depending on overall experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Bengaluru Real Estate sales
  • Strong understanding of North, South, East, and West Bengaluru property markets
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team
  • Ability to drive revenue, achieve sales targets, and manage branch operations
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branch sales team and ensure performance targets are achieved
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and market presence
  • Oversee client acquisition and deal closures
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders

2 Sales Manager

Openings:2

Compensation: Up to 50,000 per month (Depending on overall experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Bengaluru Real Estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market in assigned regions
  • Proven ability to handle sales teams and achieve targets
  • Experience in client handling, negotiations, and closing property deals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of property consultants
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Coordinate site visits and client meetings
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement

3 Property Consultant

Openings:10 (5 for East Bengaluru, 5 for South Bengaluru)

Compensation: Up to 35,000 per month (Depending on overall experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Bengaluru Real Estate sales
  • Good understanding of residential property projects in Bengaluru
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to guide clients through property selection and investment decisions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in identifying suitable property options
  • Conduct site visits and explain project details
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
