- Execute branch strategy aligned with overall Branch Banking strategy
- Drive sustained revenue generation through cross-selling of TPP and related products
- Mobilize liabilities through CASA portfolio growth
2. Superior and Consistent Customer Service- Ensure efficient complaint management within defined TATs
- Drive high customer service scores
- Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing initiatives
- Ensure effective CRM implementation by Sales, Relationship & BSI teams with periodic reviews
3. Strengthening Systems, Controls and Processes- Ensure upkeep of the branch and ATM; escalate issues when required
- Liaise with internal teams for effective fraud management at the cluster level
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
- Ensure safety and security of bank and customer assets
- Ensure audit deliverables (internal & external) are met as per prescribed norms
