Role Description

As a Branch Manager at Money Bridge, you will oversee daily branch operations, ensure the achievement of target goals, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting sales and service objectives, managing staff performance, building relationships with customers and financial partners, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in team management, performance evaluation, and leadership
• Strong understanding of financial services, including loan products, customer needs, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in client relationship management and experience in customer service
• Analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
