Branch Manager - MLAP

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets and provide coaching.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
