Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive disbursement targets while minimizing delinquency.
  • Lead field operations and build JLG customer base.
  • Manage collections, fraud checks, and portfolio quality.
  • Develop and expand team performance across regions.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 05 years of experience, preferably in microfinance or sales.
  • Familiarity with JLG model and rural market operations.
  • Strong client handling and daily operational oversight skills.
