Role Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager for a full-time on-site role at our Surat location. The Branch Manager will oversee overall branch operations, manage and guide the team, and ensure the branch meets its performance and growth targets. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, identifying business opportunities, tracking sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves handling customer queries, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing operational challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational, operational, and time management skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of Tally.ERP9 and other business solutions is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and create actionable strategies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus
