Role & responsibilities
- Managing overall branch activities such as opening and closing of branch, cash management, branch operations management, loan disbursement etc
- Maintaining customer relation, handling customer queries, visiting and acquiring customer and managing customer escalation etc.
- Taking initiatives to increase branch revenue generation and profitability through cross selling, ACH collection
- Handling branch audit and compliance, managing labour notice, preventing fraud cases, preparing branch MIS and reporting
- Ensure employee engagement and branch celebrations and acting as single point of contact
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with exposure in branch operation, liabilities and disbursement activities will be preferred
- Candidates with good customer acquisition and sales skill will be preferred
- Candidate having good exposure in compliance and team management will be preferred
- Candidate must be open for travel and visit
