Role: Branch Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)
Locations : Begumpet, Sangareddy
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business targets for Loan Against
Property (LAP) products.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the LAP
portfolio.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Head to set sales targets and objectives for the
team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales
strategies accordingly.
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and
support to ensure their success.
Monitor the performance of the sales team, conducting regular reviews and providing
feedback for improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies, performance, and
challenges.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales executives.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, real estate agents, and
other stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for
customers.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, such as real estate
developers and brokers, to drive business growth.
Develop referral networks and establish partnerships to generate leads and increase
market share.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in
all sales activities.
Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer
interactions, and monitor sales performance.
Collaborate with the credit and risk teams to ensure that loan applications meet the
required criteria and standards.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, including metrics such as
loan disbursals, conversion rates, and revenue.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, customer
interactions, and loan applications.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, sales scripts, and other
documentation to support the sales team.
Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage products, and sales techniques.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, including the implementation of new
technologies or automation.
Support the introduction of new sales initiatives and campaigns to drive business
growth.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a
leadership role, preferably within the Mortgage or Loan against property industry
Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of LAP products, mortgage lending, and real estate markets.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing mortgage lending.
