Job Description
We are conducting a Mega Walk-in & Employee Referral Drive to hire dynamic professionals for the Branch Manager Agency Channel role at our Surat branch.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Life Insurance sales, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in driving business growth through an agency network.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Agency Champions and Advisors.
Drive sales and achieve business targets through the agency channel.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to ensure branch growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, advisors, and partners.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Life Insurance sales (Life Insurance experience is mandatory).
Business Performance: Must have achieved 30 Lakhs+ business, preferably from Traditional Plans.
Education: Graduation mandatory (minimum 15 years of formal education).
Age: 28 to 45 years.
Location: Must be a local resident of Surat, Gujarat.
Compensation
CTC: Up to 7 Lakh per annum (based on current salary and performance).
