Branch Manager

About the Role

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets across CASA, deposits, loans, and third-party products.
• Drive customer acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
• Lead and manage branch team performance and productivity.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver superior customer experience and handle escalations.
• Build strong local market presence and drive business development.

Qualifications

• Currently working as a Branch Manager in a bank in the similar market (Kolkata) (mandatory non-negotiable).
• Minimum 6–12 years of banking experience.
• Proven track record of delivering business targets.
• Experience in liabilities, assets, and cross-sell.
• Must be working in similar roles for at least 2 years.
