Salary: 8 LPA – 12 LPA

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the Study Abroad Industry (Mandatory)

Job Overview

Indo European Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage its Ludhiana branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the study-abroad industry, leadership skills, and the ability to drive branch operations, business growth, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and daily functioning of the branch.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the counselling, application, and sales teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue and business targets.
• Monitor student counselling, university applications, and visa processes to ensure service quality.
• Drive student enrolments and generate business through effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Track team performance, set targets, and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
• Handle escalated student and parent queries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards.
• Prepare and share regular business performance reports with senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Study Abroad Industry is mandatory.
• Prior experience managing a branch or leading a team is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international education destinations, admission procedures, and visa processes.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and team management capabilities.
• Ability to manage operations independently and deliver results.
