Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Rajkot. Responsibilities include managing branch operations, driving sales to achieve business targets, leading and mentoring a team, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The Branch Manager will oversee loan approvals and disbursements, ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, and maintain the overall profitability of the branch.
