Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for the position of Branch Manager located in Hosur. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, ensure compliance with company policies, manage a team of loan officers, and guide them in achieving their targets. Other responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, monitoring loan disbursements, and ensuring the timely recovery of payments. The role also involves driving customer-centric initiatives, ensuring a smooth loan disbursal process, and achieving organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in team management, leadership, and supervising sales or loan officers.
  • Good understanding of financial products, loan processes, and documentation, particularly in affordable housing and property loans.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate creditworthiness and decision-making capabilities to approve or recommend loans.
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies in financial services.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office tools.
  • Proven ability to work towards targets and meet business goals in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Experience in housing finance or the financial services industry will be an asset.
