Role Description

This full-time, on-site Branch Manager role is based in Jalna. The Branch Manager will lead daily branch operations, manage a team to meet financial and operational goals, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include driving loan disbursement, building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and supporting the team with guidance and training. The role also involves market research, developing new client acquisition strategies, and ensuring consistent growth in clientele and revenues.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to effectively lead a branch and drive growth goals
  • Experience in financial services, especially housing finance or banking, with a strong understanding of loan products, customer acquisition, and disbursement processes
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to understand the dynamic market, identify opportunities, and develop innovative acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills to build trust and long-term partnerships
  • Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local market for effective customer engagement and business operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a commitment to achieving organizational objectives
  • Proven experience in managing compliance and adhering to regulatory standards is advantageous
