This is an on-site, full-time role for a Branch Manager located in Madhavaram. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing a team of financial professionals. The role involves guiding customers through the loan application process, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and implementing marketing strategies to drive branch growth. The Branch Manager will also be accountable for managing budgets, resolving customer issues, and reporting on branch performance.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly home loans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse financial data and prepare reports
• Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
