- Team Leadership and Management
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
- Motivate the team to ensure high productivity and maintain morale.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals and clinics to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure excellent after-sales support.
- Product Promotion and Training
- Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for hospital staff.
- Ensure the sales team has thorough knowledge of medical devices, their applications, and competitive advantages.
- Gather feedback from customers to refine product offerings and strategies.
