We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to drive home loan business, manage branch operations, and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business and achieve branch sales targets.
• Manage, train, and monitor the sales team.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping.
• Coordinate with credit teams for loan approvals.
• Monitor collections, portfolio quality, NPA risk, and PDD closure.
• Ensure proper documentation, audits, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the Home Loan / Housing Finance industry.
• Strong sales, team management, and branch operations skills.
• Good understanding of loan processing and credit parameters.
